At Clifford’s Tractor Parts, we aim to have orders dispatched within 1-2 working days. Orders will be dispatched as soon as reasonably practicable but may on the odd occasion be delivered in instalments. Goods not immediately available will be dispatched at the next earliest convenience. While every effort is made to dispatch the items for next day delivery, delivery times and prices are only a guide due to the variation in part size and shape.
Deliveries will be made via DPD. Clifford's Tractor Parts does not accept any liability for damage or loss of goods caused to the buyer in transit or other third parties.
The buyer is only able to return goods with permission from Clifford's Tractor Parts being granted beforehand. All returns are subject to a 20% handling fee outside of the twenty-one day return policy. All goods must be returned in a resalable condition, and in original packaging.
Items returned in a satisfactory condition are fully refundable. Any goods received damaged must be reported to info@tractorparts.ie within 72 hours, it is the responsibility of the customer to check the package/parcel. If the damage is not reported within 72 hours Clifford’s Tractor Parts may not approve the claim.
Consumer pays the return carriage fees.
